Refund policy

Merchandise Returns & Exchanges Policy 

We want you to love your gear, but we get it - sometimes the fit isn't right. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return items that are unworn, unwashed and unused within 14 days of the date of receiving your package.

When returning items for a refund, an $8 return shipping fee will be deducted. We are unable to refund any original shipping charges.

We are unable to offer exchanges at this time. The best way to exchange an item due to fit would be to return and repurchase the item in the desired size.```

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of the item, all stickers and water bottles are final sale and cannot be returned.

 

Processing

Please allow 7-10 business days for packages to be processed once they reach our warehouse. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. It can take your financial institution up to 10 business days to reflect payment on your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was delivered back to our warehouse, please contact us at heather@themicro.run.

Damaged Returns

Returns that are damaged, show signs of wear, are soiled, or returned without original tags (when applicable) will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. We will not accept returned items that were marked final sale or were not approved in the returns portal, no exceptions.

Refunds (Races)

Race registration fees are nonrefundable. We do offer deferrals; please refer to the Race Information page for your marathon event for the full terms of conditions of the deferral and transfer policies.
